Good: Toplocatie aan de rand van Getsemani, zwembad op het dak is heerlijk en noodzakelijk voor gezin met kids, personeel was heel behulpzaam toen we een medische hulp nodig hadden. Leuk koloniaal pand met binnentuin.

Bad: Bij het ontbijt waren vaak dingen niet voorradig, zoals yoghurt op de eerste dag, broodrooster werkte niet/nauwelijks en geen gezonde granola optie

Good: The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood in the old town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the historic center of Cartagena on foot.

Our rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of products.

The swimming pool and terrace were also very pleasant and made for a great place to relax.

Bad: We found a small nest of insects behind a straw decoration on the desk, which should probably have been noticed during cleaning. The room also had a slight smell of dampness.

The condition of the swimming pool, particularly the tiles, as well as a few small details, did not quite meet the standard we expected.

Nevertheless, the hotel remains a very pleasant place to stay, with a great location and a lot of charm.
