Good: comfortable, spacious room and bed. easy to enjoy the facilities (pool, terrace, courtyard). generous breakfast was tasty, and was located in a nice corner of the historic center that made it easy to go deeper into Getsemani or venture further out.

Bad: room 308, Bathroom was great and beautiful, but the "rainshower" shower head is quite low to stand under and does not have good pressure. Better idea is to just have a normal nice shower head at an angle for taller people. Give guests the control to turn off lights on their private balcony at night.

The staff in general is very nice, food in restaurant is delicious, buffet is just ok.BE AWARE !The hotel has a policy that notbody can visit you after 10pm and even before 10pm the visitor cannot enter your room, just common areas. If you are planning to drink something in your room with friends you have to pay extra money.

Before you chose the hotel you need to know that this Hotel policy doesn’t allow you to bring any friends to visit you after 10pm and even before 10pm just allow the visitants in common areas , if you are planning to have a beer in your room with them you have to pay extra. The hotel is nice ,old fashion ,well maintained. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the service is excellent. The pool is good with a nice view. Samir and Marlons in the restaurant make you feel at home. Luis and Rembert in the reception are exceptional people. The security guy Rafael has to learn how to properly approach customers in a good way with respect
