Good: 1. I enjoyed the HIGH LEVEL of professionalism and SECURITY.
2. The warm and welcoming environment created by the employees.
3. The convenience of havinv the Cambio in the same building is definitely a plus...especially for security reasons.
4. Additionally, staffers were all polite, knowledgeable and willing, ready and able to assist.

I highly recommend this hotel...and I already did to family, friends and colleagues.

Bad: The lighting in the room.

The place where the drinking glasses and drinking water is placed (above to the toilet)

Good: Great central location. Nice breakfast with different foods each day. Great view of the city from the room. Very comfortable bed. The tv was massive and had 3 espn sports channels so got the premiership games live and the champions league games live.

Bad: Can’t think of anything.
