Biohotel Organic Suites in Bogota

United Kingdom, 18/10/2026

Good: The staff were all wonderful. Friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. We stayed for 15 nights visiting family who were being treated in the local hospital. Biohotel was like a home from home.

Bad: Nothing to do with the hotel. But there was a building site next door that started every morning at 7am right outside our window. The sound proofing was very good so didn’t affect our sleeping, but we couldn’t have the windows open.

Answer from the hotel Dear Mr. Allman,

Warm greetings from the Biohotel Organic Suites team.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review of your stay with us. It is truly rewarding to know that throughout your 15-night stay, you felt warmly welcomed and well cared for by our team.

We especially appreciate your kind words about our staff and breakfast. Knowing that Biohotel became a “home away from home” while you were in Bogotá visiting your family means a great deal to us. We will be delighted to share your comments with our entire team as recognition of their kindness, dedication, and commitment to our guests.

We also appreciate your understanding regarding the construction taking place next to the hotel, which is beyond our operation. We are pleased to know that the soundproofing of the room helped minimize the impact of the external noise and allowed you to rest comfortably.

Thank you for choosing Biohotel Organic Suites for such an extended stay. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to Bogotá again.
