Un des meilleurs accueils dans les hôtels du Pérou. Tout le personnel de la réception et de service est serviable et souriant. La chambre a une belle vue sur le lac, mais elle n'est plus très au goût du jour. Tout est propre et fonctionnel, cependant une rénovation de l'hôtel serait méritée. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.

Super accueil, chambre magnifique, service au top, merci à tout le staff !
La vue sur le lac titikaka es imprenable et le restau est top aussi.

Good: Personnel très serviables. Chambre spacieuses. Très larges ouverture horaire du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le diner.
