I recently completed a wonderful 7-night stay at GHL Portón Medellín, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
The standout feature of the hotel is its exceptional staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. A special thank you to Angélica from management, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that guests felt valued and well cared for. Jorge, who assisted during breakfast service, was equally outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and always greeting guests with a smile.
The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and transportation options, making it easy to explore Medellín safely and comfortably.
My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.
The food was also very good, especially the breakfast offerings, which provided a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning.
Overall, GHL Portón Medellín exceeded my expectations with its outstanding customer service, cleanliness, spacious accommodations, convenient location, and quality food. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Medellín

Good: The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was excellent. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
