Good: The location!

Bad: The corridors on my floor were heavily scented with synthetic air freshener. These actually are harmful for health. They can release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other chemicals that may irritate the respiratory system, and affect people who are sensitive to fragrances. It does not only affect people that are sensitive.

Good: We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and we always felt safe during our visit.

Bad: The only disappointing aspect was the lack of flexibility with early check-in. We arrived at 5:00 a.m. as a family and had already booked two rooms, but the hotel would only allow us to check in early if we paid an additional fee that was almost the cost of our entire two-night stay. Around 7:00 a.m. they reduced the fee, but we still ended up paying the equivalent of an extra room just to access our booked rooms a few hours earlier.
Apart from that, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.
