Good: Loved everything about our one night stay ( wished we could have stayed longer). View of lake from our room and from the ground floor restaurant. Dinner menu was extensive and the portions were large. Included nice waterfront garden with heated gazebo and boat dock.

Bad: Nothing within walking distance and hotel entry signage needed some maintenance ( part of lighted sign was not working).

The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. We definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puno. Thank you to All the incredible staff!

Such a beautiful tranquil setting on the Lake Titicaca. Great staff who have been over and above helpful.
We especially appreciated the care and attention of Santiago who was always keen to check in on us ( check we were ok with the altitude/ service/ comfort) and to make sure we were having a good time. He also pointed out the outdoor seating areas with the alpacas and guinea pigs wandering freely- so lovely!
