Good: The location , beautiful views, a little far from Puno center , we walked 30 minutes to the port, to catch a boat to the flotantes islands. But Puno itself is very busy , it wasn’t my cup of tea.

Bad: Nothing

Good: The view to the lake is really beautiful, and the room is comfortable. Good place to rest.

Bad: All was fine. The only suggestion is to put more lights in the room, it's a bit too dark at night. And add written instructions on how to use the heater.
