Would have to pick Hugo in the Bar and Drinks area, as offering exceptional service.

We reached sprawling property around 830pm....
After a challenging travel day...our keys were given....cant express happiness at the non smoking card...attached..great initiative
Happily just headed to the restaurant for a buffet...it was a very small spread and just wanted soup....with patience took a little bite of lovely sauted vegetables...little desserts..and headed back to just relax and call it a day.
Have taken a twilight video of the property from about a km too...awesome property
Happy electric kettle was provided instantly.courtesy Renato by front office lady..Lusedo...gratitude

Day started early as I'm an early riser...The bath tub key was adjusted by Carlos...wow instant hot water....got ready and mind blowing breakfast buffet...so happy to see the spread and a live station..Susan came later asking for room number...love the trust this resort has on its visitors..love this attitude..great value for time..quality and elegance.
The chapel too was quaint...sprawling lawns nestled in doting mountains...cant ask for more. Must visit to acclimatize before machu pichu

Good: Our second stay had the same great views, and fun animals (alpaca and cuy) We tried dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was excellent quality. They had bonfires each night and fire places throughout the hotel to keep you warm.

Bad: They gave us a double room even though we had a king room booked. They also didn't provide the same personal touches as our first visit. No notes and no small gifts.
