Good: I was kindley greeted by the staff even at the late hours that i reached at the hotel, i was escorted to the room and also received a small crash course of the facilities, the staff knew i had a tour at 4 am and they offered me a breackfast bag for me to take on my tour!!

Good: Rooms and breakfast were great. The location of the hotel was ecellent in the sense that the area is alittle quieter than Miraflores - neverthelss a short Uber ride would get us weherever we needed.

Good: We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the incredibly kind staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the corridors to the food that was excellent (incredibly rich breakfast and top quality food in the restaurant for dinners) to the huge bedrooms with super comfy beds, the silence in the rooms, the great gym. We started and ended our trip in Peru at this hotel and were so looking forward to coming back at the end of a wonderful 2 week discovery of the country.
