Good: The staff was excellent from start to end during my stay. Clearing all my questions and even helping me to schedule a taxi to the airport. The hotel is very beautiful and it's only about 10 minutes walk to the city center.

Bad: I was either not aware during the reservation, but the room did not have AC. It was quite warm in Loja during the night of my stay, so I had to sleep with the windows open to coold down the room. Breakfast could have more options as well.
