Good: The location was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, offered a great view, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of buffet choices available each day.

The front desk clerks, bellboys, housekeeping staff and waiters were all warm and accommodating, which made me feel very welcome. My room was spotless, with a beautiful view that I loved waking up to every day. Housekeeping was consistent and reliable—I really appreciated coming back to a clean and refreshed room after long days at work.

The breakfast buffet was exquisite, offering a wide variety of choices—I honestly wanted to try everything! The room service food was also impressive, especially the baby beef, which I truly enjoyed. Laundry service was fast and delivered within the expected timeline, which was a big plus.

The hotel’s location is another highlight—it’s conveniently close to a mall and a 24-hour grocery store, making it easy to grab anything I needed at any time.

Shuttle service is also very reliable - drivers were always on time and drove us safely to and from work and the airport.

One area that could be improved is language. Only a few staff members spoke English, which made communication a little challenging at times. It would be very helpful for international guests if more staff could understand basic English to make interactions smoother.

That said, my overall experience was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Bogotá, and Sonesta is definitely one of the things I will miss most.
