Bad: Falta 1 serviço de carregador de malas, fiquei no 3o andar e quem ajudou a levar as malas foi o garçom do restaurante! No 2a estadia era tarde e não tinha ninguém para ajudar!

Indeed, as you mention, our facilities do not have elevators or lift services, nor do we offer bellhop service. Our infrastructure consists of 12 towers, each with a maximum of 3 floors. We would like to clarify that, according to the current Housing and Urban Development regulations in our country, the installation and certification of elevators is only mandatory for buildings that exceed 5 floors in height. For this reason, the current design does not include this type of installation.
We would like you to indicate your preference for the first floor in the observations section when making your reservation for your next stay.
