Sonesta Cusco in Cusco

The breakfast buffet is incredible, something I would expect at a much higher price point. Our server Clara Francisco was muy fantastico.

Staff are overly helpful and friendly and very clearly work diligently to ensure a good experience.

Beds are comfy, sheets are clean.

There is also a hourly shuttle service to airport after 6 am, and the offer luggage storage for hikers. Would stay again!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Extensive Breakfast. Personnel are very attentive, call us by our names at all times. They were caring to my headache and suggested to see a doctor due to nothing else working. They called in a doctor at my request

This hotel reminds me of what Hotels used to be like. Hard to find good hotels like the Sontesta. Personal service is high on the list, even turning down the bed and making the room ready for when you return in the afternoon. It has everything you need, in a great and quite location. The team are excellent. Great breakfast, dining and room service.
