Stayed here for 5 nights. Everyone we dealt with was awesome. They all tried their English with us and we were able to communicate well. I have food allergies and the chef came personally to talk with me and prepared lovely GF food for my breakfast!! The hotel was a bit noisy on the weekend but fine after that. It is located steps from the huge Santa Fe mall which was great for meals, shopping, etc. getting in and out of the hotel is a bit tricky due to the strange road configuration but walking was fine. It’s tricky to get to the Metro but there are orange signs that help. I highly recommend d this hotel in the quieter part of El Poblado!!
