Sonesta Cartagena in Cartagena

Good: The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to help. The facilities were impecable, the pools beautiful and the food was amazing. The prices are a bit high but expected for the city.

Bad: The bathroom didn't had a door so it flooded every time

Good: Breakfast was very good; fruits were fresh and a great variety. Service was very good also, Staff at the Sonesta was helpful.

Good room, great bathroom, the hot water system it's a bit weird would like 2 separate handles, pipes had a weird smell but it went away, really solid breakfast. The pools are Nice maybe some roofing would add a little more to the experience but I digress.
