Good: This was one thing away from perfect.

Bad: 110,000 pesos per guest is criminal and will never allow a perfect rating. It took an hour to check in and I couldn't peacefully invite friends.

Good: I liked the fact everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We travelled with a one year old and they gave us a cot straight away - it was very handy.

Bad: Room service was a bit slow and sometimes didn’t bother to fulfil our requests but overall it was OK
