GHL Capital in Bogota

Good: The staff is extremely responsive, attentive and kind. From ordering sandals for the spa, to getting food for room service, the GHL Capital truly has a strong team who understand hospitality.

Bad: The facilities were nice, and clean. However, carpet in the rooms is not my favorite, and the carpet did not look new per se. the style is a bit outdated, but that does not mean we did not have a comfortable stay!
