Sonesta Cusco in Cusco

I had an amazing experience at the breakfast buffet at the Sonesta Hotel Cusco! The food selection was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety each morning, but what truly made it special was the outstanding service.

Clara, Lesly, Francisco, and Cesar went above and beyond every day. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Whether it was offering coffee refills, helping with special requests, or simply making sure everything was perfect, they made the whole experience feel personalized and memorable.

Juan cleaned our rooms and it was always spotless, every time we came back we came to some light snacks and water bottles (trust me these were life changing after a long day of hiking/walking around the city)

Their warm hospitality made my mornings in Cusco even better. Thank you all for such wonderful service — highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel; the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied - absolutely amazing. I expecially appreciated the oxygen bottle service for guests who have trouble to adjusting to the high altitude (as I had) - such thoughtful care! 💙
