Sonesta Cusco in Cusco

Good: We liked everything about this hotel. The service and the breakfast deserve 5*. Rooms are good size and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is hot water always and it was warm enough. There is a heater in the rooms, but we didn’t need it.

Bad: Initial impression when we arrived was spoiled by the staff at the reception as the checkin was super long, c. 30 min for 4 persons and there were no other guests in front of us. The receptionist seemed cold and didn’t speak english. The rest of staff was excellent

Good: Clean and the people working there are so fantastic . My sister and I were unwell and they kept preparing tea with ginger for us.
