Yanahuara Viewpoint
From about 2343 m a.s.l. you will enjoy an incredible view of the traditional white city of Arequipa, where you will see old houses and narrow cobbled streets. Besides appreciating the Misty volcano in the background. Next to it, you can see the San Juan de Yanahuara church, built in 1750.

La Recoleta Monastery and Museum
Built in 1648, this convent has cloisters in the local vice-regal style. One of them, rectangular and called Alcantarino. Without a doubt an emblematic place of the city, which presents in its different rooms: huacos, looms, mummies, and much more. The library is very interesting because of its antiquity.

Santa Catalina Monastery
Founded in 1579 it is a beautiful site of interest, worth spending a whole day to visit. One could even say that it is not a convent but a citadel suspended in time, since it resides in the solidity and plasticity of its volumes.

Tristán del Pozo House - Arequipa
Its facade is the best example of the typical ornamentation of the city. A special architecture with a colonial mestizo baroque style, both the facade and doors are original. It also has an art gallery that presents around 40 works belonging to the BBVA Continental collection.

Goyeneche Palace - Arequipa
It is one of the most historic and best-preserved houses, with two floors, large courtyards, a set of columns on the facade, porch and hallway. Inside, there are large vaulted rooms with colonial paintings from the Cusco School, which has been declared a national heritage site.
