We had 5 nights here, the staff are helpful and friendly, helped us with our phone connection when we had problems with our Colombian SIM card.
The room was comfortable, the A/C is a bit noisy and tends to make everything feel damp, good shower and comfortable bed.
Pool area is kept well, the bar staff were friendly.
Breakfast is mainly Colombian style, but plenty of choice, we had dinner one evening in the rooftop area, food and wine was ok but maybe a little overpriced for the area.
