Good: The location was great. Could walk along 43 A easily into the heart of Poblado with no concerns.The staff was exceptional especially Jorge the doorman and Andres at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was large. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad: Could see the hot tubs from our window most of the time they did not have water in them

Bad: The "gym" needs a major renovation, equipment is old and barely working. Currently there's a construction right next to the hotel that makes a lot of noise early hours
