The hotel is gorgeous, excellently maintained and decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! This is a trip we’ll never forget not only because of the beautiful amenities but also because of the dedication of the staff. Can’t forget to mention the server on the rooftop pool, he pampered us like we were royalty. Without any reservations I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience a luxury warm experience.

Nothing but positives for this small luxury hotel. Located in Old Town Cartagena we could walk everywhere. Breakfasts were included and very interesting. Very Columbia accented. The hotel concierge, Jordan, made two excellent recommendations for dinner. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Everything was exceptionally clean. We highly recommend
this wonderful hotel.
