Good: I loved that the hotel was located in a quiet part of the historic town, yet just a few minutes' walk from the busier, touristy areas with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were amazing: friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s truly a guest-focused hotel. The historic building has been beautifully renovated, with open-air spaces, a stunning rooftop, and a relaxing pool. Access to the rooftop pool and pool bar is reserved exclusively for guests, which made it feel even more special. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and there were also à la carte options available.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish!

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home.

I also had a massage with Sandra, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had—so professional and relaxing!

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness and kindness of the entire staff truly stood out.

We 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you for everything!
